Hookah Etiquette

Hookah has been around for over 500 years, and with time comes tradition and proper etiquette. Here are some hookah no-no's you should always avoid.

  1. Never under any circumstance use the charcoal to light a cigarette.
  2. Always keep the hookah on the floor. (This is meant more for those larger hookahs, as you shouldn't expect to put your pumpkin hookah on the floor.)
  3. Never directly pass the hookah to the next user. Always lay the hose back on the hookah before another user grabs it.
  4. Don't smoke anything other then tobacco from the hookah.
  5. Never blow smoke directly into someone's face. This is considered rude and insulting.
