Package tracking information will be provided once the package ships. Canadian Orders
All Orders to Canada will be shipped via USPS and will require the purchase of insurance. Shipment times vary, but may take anywhere from 5-10 business days to arrive depending on shipping method of choice.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to Duties/Taxes. Hookah Life, Inc. is not liable for any duties/taxes imposed by customs. All customers who are interested in shipping to Canada should contact their local customs office to get recent and up-to-date information regarding duties. We ship all our orders as "merchandise" and not as "gifts". If you plan to ship to Canada be prepared to pay local duties/taxes.
International Orders
We also ship internationally to Mexico, Central America, South America, Australia, Asia, and Europe. You can place your order online with us using a valid credit card, and an emailed/faxed/or mailed copy of government issued photo identification. We will not ship international orders without proper photo identification; this is to protect the customer and ourselves from risk of fraud and identity theft.
We ship international orders and label international orders as "merchandise". Duties/taxes may be assessed on your order. For exact duty rates please contact your local Customs office for information as each country is different. It is your responsibility to know the import/export laws of the country to which the items are being shipped. If Hookah Life, Inc. determines that it is unlawful to ship tobacco products to a specific destination it will cancel the order and refund the order value minus any fees incurred from the original sale. Please email us with any international ordering or shipping questions.

Damaged Products
Damage during shipping is rare, but does happen from time to time. If your products were damaged during shipping it is your responsibility to report any damage immediately to the shipping company that delivered the item. Hookah Life, Inc does not handle any damage requests, only you can make the claim with the shipping company. All shipments are insured by Hookah Life, Inc. so you will receive a replacement as soon as the claim is approved by the shipping company.
Incomplete Orders
Hookah Life, Inc does stock a large amount of items but many items are also drop shipped & special ordered. Although rare, an order placed with us can have items shipped from different locations. Please check all the tracking numbers provided. If an item is missing or lost, please contact us and we will follow up with our carrier and supplier.
Refusals and Non-Deliverables
You are responsible for any customs and duties that are applicable to the order. These are processed and calculated by the customs brokerage upon entrance into any country other than the USA. The charges are payable upon delivery. Refusal of these charges will result in the package being returned to Hookah life.
Incorrect addresses may also result in return packages. If you decide to have the package reshipped to a deliverable address, the applicable shipping charges will be billed again (along with those charges billed for non-deliverable address). If you decide to decline reshipment, the order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the merchandise, less all shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

- All APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS. Because of this, our normal processing times may be extended from 2 days to 3-5 business days. Additionally, time in transit may exceed 7 business days, depending on location. We cannot make any guarantees and apologize for any inconvenience.
- We gladly accommodate any special circumstances for our fighting men and women. If you are unable to contact us due to location or condition the Hookah Life team can make special arrangements in the event we require ID verification or the order requires product substitutions.
- Please include reasonable contact information. If you are deployed overseas and do not have regular access to communications, include Domestic U.S. contacts with your order or via email so that Hookah Life team members can communicate more easily and resolve any order/payment/delivery issues promptly. Hookah Life, Inc. is willing to communicate with Authorized Family Members, pending verification.

All returns & replacements must be brought to our attention either by phone or email within 7 days and must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the order. All orders must be returned in original unused condition with all accessories. The return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer. There is also a 10% restocking fee to cover the shipping and processing costs incurred by Hookah Life, Inc, however up to 5% of the restocking fee may be waived for exchanges. A refund for returns will be issued within 5 business days of receiving & inspecting the returned order. Shipping charges are only refundable on returns for defective or incorrectly shipped orders. An emailed receipt will be sent to the provided email address.
If you want to return or exchange a product(s) that you ordered you will need to email Support@hookah-life.com before sending the product(s) back to us. When you email for a return please include the following things in your email, not including all of this information will delay the processing of your return:
- Order Number
- Full Name used to place order
- Pictures of unopened product
- Reason for a return
Upon receipt of your return request we will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) Number. This number must be displayed on the outside of your returned package. Additionally we will email you a return form prefilled with your RMA #, order #, name, address and the contents of your order. You will need to complete the form and include the form inside the packaging. If the return form and RMA # are not included in the package, Hookah Life, Inc will refuse your return.
Wrong Product Sent
Although we try our hardest to make sure all orders are accurately packed and shipped, mistakes do happen. If you do receive the wrong product please email Support@hookah-life.com to let us know. We will do our best to exchange your product as soon as possible. If your order was placed online and it was an error off our website, please let us know so we may correct the error.

We here at Hookah Life pride ourselves on our customer service, that’s why we offer several methods for placing orders. We offer three methods for ordering: online, phone & fax. Payment Methods
Credit Cards
Hookah Life, Inc. accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. This includes debit cards with a MasterCard and Visa logo. For your protection we use security checks on all credit card orders. In addtion to the credit card number, you will need to enter the full billing address for the credit card as well as the expiration date and security code on card, in order for your card to be approved.
Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks
Hookah Life, Inc does accept money orders and cashier’s checks. For information on sending payment, please contact our sales team.
Wire Transfer

Payment
When you place an order with Hookah Life, Inc, you constitute an offer, which Hookah Life, Inc reserves the right to reject or approve at its discretion. No contract will arise until Hookah Company has accepted your offer by approving your order. All orders placed with credit cards are pre-authorized and are only processed once identity, order information and stock levels are approved.
If we do not approve an order, or you choose to cancel it, it may take up to 30 days for those pre-authorized funds to be released on your card. This is not something we control, but is the policies and procedures put in place by the credit card company and the underlying bank. For information on the release of your funds, please contact your bank or credit card company.
Pricing
Hookah Life, Inc does offer a price match policy on our products. We will do our best to price match any advertised price from any legitimate online retailer. The advertised price must be visibly listed to the general public. Hookah Life, Inc. will not price match prices listed on any auction based website. We will also not price match special group discounts or sale prices. If you are interested in having Hookah Life, Inc. price match an item, please email Support@hookah-life.com with the direct link to the product from the website that is selling the product for less than Hookah Life. We will verify the information before matching the price and get back to you as soon as possible.
Price Adjustment
Here at Hookah Life, we are constantly working with our suppliers to lower our prices so we can pass the savings onto our customers. If we lower our price it means our cost went down too. If you made a purchase with us and our prices dropped, we will refund the difference up to 1 week following your order.
Promotions
Hookah Life, Inc. puts out many different types of promotions. Although we try to make good on all our offers, sometimes external influences may cause us to cut our promotion short. If you received a promotion from us and no longer see it available on our site, please contact us and we will do our best to make good on our promise to you.

Hookah-life.com is not like a regular retail hookah store, we are more like a marketplace where you can purchase products from all of the biggest vendors. Your cart includes items which would normally have to be purchased from multiple vendors and the $5 charge you see is a shipping surcharge.
Its just as if you had purchased from separate vendors, except your only paying an additional $5 in shipping, which is less than you would pay had you gone the conventional route of shopping separate stores. We do not apply the surcharge if your items can be shipped from a single vendor, which our system determines automatically in your shopping cart.
Common products you may have ordered that will include a shipping surcharge: Sahara Smoke hookah, Sahara Smoke hookah accessories, Build a hookah, Hookah Hookah shisha, Hookah Freak shisha, Black Label herbal shisha, Ayam Zaman shisha or Fantasia Shisha in addition to any products from our regular inventory.
